Full-Time (40 Hours per Week)
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with occasional Saturday morning rotation of 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

Keystone Health is seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join the dedicated team at Keystone Pediatrics. As part of a growing Community Health Center, you'll play an important role in supporting our mission to improve the health and well-being of the families we serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient phone calls and communications
- Request and obtain medical records for new patients
- Coordinate and track referrals
- Monitor laboratory results and diagnosis follow-up
- Process and track medication prior authorizations
- Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Assist with patient care and support fellow nursing staff as needed
- Float to other clinical areas to support operations when necessary

Previous office nursing experience and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems are preferred.
Spanish-speaking skills are a plus and highly valued.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
- Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential
- Current CPR/BLS certification
