Role Summary

We're looking for a System Administrator II (Deskside Support) to join our team! The position will deliver hands-on, in-person technical assistance to end users while also managing hardware, software, and account issues.

What you will be doing

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot issues with hardware and software.
• Maintain desktops.
• Interact with end users to identify and resolve a variety of issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and servers or network connectivity.
• Provide phone support and direct user assistance for the use of mobile devices and software, including Apple and Samsung.
• Open and log trouble tickets in ticket tracking system to track issues from identification through resolution.
• Manage consumables inventory.
• Communicate technical information in a non-technical manner.
• Assist users with video teleconferencing services.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay Range: $85k - $92k

The pay range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.

What we need from you

Security Clearance:

• Active Secret Level Clearance required.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of operating systems, applications, and hardware.
• Familiarity with trouble ticket system, such as ServiceNow.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to interact professionally within all levels of an organization.
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting.

 Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Four years of Microsoft system support deskside hardware support.

 Certifications:

• Required: Information Technology related certification, i.e. A+ or similar.
