Role description: Manages project-based implementations of Tech infrastructure within the organization globally and/or locally (offices).

Role accountabilities:

Individual accountabilities:

Demand Management:

• Owns and manages demand for a specific agreed Arcadis domain (e.g., InfoSec, Global Workplace, etc.), acting as the primary point of coordination between that domain and GTSO delivery.

Project Management:

• Manages projects within the Global Technology Services and Operations Tower.

• Manages all processes and aspects of the projects, including planning / work products, deliverables / milestones / budget / schedule / stakeholder management / staffing project resources and data management / reporting / risk management / project communication.

• Prepares and participates in the project’s Steering Committee meetings.

Service Management:

• Involved in multiple Tech service management processes: Incident Management / Problem Management / Release Management for release where involved / Configuration Management / Change Management with participation in Change Advisory Board (CAB) when relevant

Relationship Management:

• Demand partner for a specific area; e.g., security project demand, global workplace, integration, etc.

• Works closely with the Domain Architecture team, Tech Program Manager, other Tech project managers and Delivery Director to align with Arcadis and Tech methodologies, templates and ways of working.

• Key stakeholder in managing projects’ stakeholders, both business and Tech

Key shared accountabilities:

• Shapes demand of projects with relevant stakeholders

• Project’s delivery according to plan with project team and Steering Committee

• Project budget management with budget owner

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in managing IT projects and with at least one Cloud environment, hosting (servers), Networking (connectivity), ITSM or collaborative tools like M365.
• Ideally PMP or Prince2 certified.
