The Position: Overnight Sweeper Truck Driver

We're seeking motivated, responsible individuals to join our overnight operations team.

In this full-time position, you'll operate a commercial parking lot sweeping truck, traveling between retail centers and commercial properties to maintain clean, safe, and professional environments.

This is an independent, hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in a job well done, and can manage responsibilities without constant supervision.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Operating a commercial sweeping truck along an assigned route

• Traveling between multiple commercial properties

• Removing litter and debris from parking lots and surrounding areas

• Emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners

• Operating handheld blowers and other maintenance equipment

• Breaking down cardboard and maintaining recycling areas

• Performing general property cleaning and maintenance duties

• Documenting completed work using a company-issued tablet

• Communicating with management to ensure quality and efficiency

Position Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (driver abstract reviewed prior to hiring)

• Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Ability to commit to this position as your only full-time employment due to safety, scheduling, and performance expectations

• Reliable personal transportation to and from work

• Working cell phone for communication

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and frequently enter and exit a truck

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a professional attitude

• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow within the company
