Customer Experience Representative | Company Vehicle | Benefits | Bonuses
$19-$22/hr + Bonus Opportunities | Full-Time
Schedule: Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with either Wednesday or Thursday off each week.
Are you outgoing, energetic, and love talking with people?
Re-Bath is looking for a Customer Experience Representative to represent our brand inside major retail partner locations throughout Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. You'll engage customers, build relationships with store teams, educate homeowners about our services, and schedule free in-home design consultations.
No hard selling. No remodeling experience required. We provide the training.

What You'll Do
- Engage customers and start conversations with homeowners
- Generate qualified leads and schedule free in-home design consultations
- Represent Re-Bath in retail locations and community events
- Build strong relationships with retail store associates
- Travel between locations using a company vehicle
- Help create a positive and professional experience for customers
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Strong communication and people skills
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Reliable, professional, and coachable
- Comfortable approaching and engaging customers
- Retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience is a plus
