Job Description/Responsibilities

The Fleet Coordinator keeps daily transportation operations moving by coordinating loads, scheduling pickups and deliveries, maintaining shipping documentation, and communicating with drivers, carriers, and internal teams.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate fleet loads, pickup and delivery appointments, and shipping schedules.
• Communicate with drivers, carriers, and internal teams to support on-time deliveries.
• Process BOLs, PODs, manifests, freight invoices, and other transportation documents.
• Maintain accurate information in TMS, SYS21, and related systems.
• Support fleet compliance, reporting, inventory, and shipping activities.
• Help identify opportunities to improve transportation processes and service.
• Follow all safety, quality, and environmental requirements.

 

Qualifications/Requirements

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Preferred

• Transportation, logistics, shipping, distribution, or supply chain experience.
• Experience with ERP, MRP, WMS, or TMS systems.
• Undergraduate degree or alcoholic beverage industry experience.
