Role Summary and Impact 

This role is within The Goat Agency, a leading brand within WPP Media, where you will be instrumental in helping global brands harness the power of social and creator-led content to deliver measurable impact. Recognised as a global leader in the space, we deliver award-winning campaigns in more than 70 countries. With over 650 social natives worldwide, we create ambitious influencer programmes from tactical activations to long-term partnerships, designed to drive awareness, engagement and conversions across the full marketing funnel.

About the Opportunity:

As an Account Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met through expertly managed campaigns. You will oversee multiple projects, liaise with internal teams, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance campaign performance. This role requires exceptional organisational skills and a passion for influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build trusted relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact.
• Translate client objectives into actionable briefs and ensure campaign requirements are met.
• Oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously, collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Provide regular updates and detailed reporting to clients, offering insights and recommendations.
• Proactively identify opportunities for additional client activity and upselling.
• Present confidently in pitches, kick-off meetings, and post-campaign reviews.

Skills and Experience

•  Experience working for a brand or in a client servicing role at an agency, dealing with high profile and demanding clients. 
• Experience pitching and selling ideas to clients, and ability to present confidently to stakeholders at all levels. 
• Passion for influencer marketing, an understanding of social campaigns and evolving knowledge of industry developments.
•  Exceptional organisation and ability to independently manage multiple campaigns to an extremely high standard, in a fast-paced environment, while always maintaining an eye for detail.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and deal with problems in a logical and efficient way.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor communication and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally. 
•  Demonstrable experience delegating and prioritising an ever-changing workload.
