Competitive Pay

• $31.00 – $44.00 per hour (based on experience)

• Same Day Pay for all employees

Responsibilities

Our Assisted Living Nurses bring compassion, patience, and clinical expertise to every resident interaction. They play a vital role in promoting independence, providing personalized care, and creating a safe, supportive environment where residents can thrive.

 

In this role, you will:

• Oversee and coordinate residents' daily care, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect.
• Communicate changes in health status and care needs clearly and compassionately with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Partner closely with the Medical Director and other healthcare professionals to support resident wellness and individualized care plans.
• Mentor, support, and provide clinical leadership to nursing assistants and caregiving staff.
• Monitor residents' overall well-being and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Foster meaningful relationships with residents and families while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Promote a positive, resident-centered culture focused on quality care and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN Hours Available 
• Schedule: Days, Evenings, Nights  
• License: Active Maryland RN license
• Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
