What You Will Do:
- Assist customers with phone and walk-in (will-call) sales of HVAC parts and supplies—no cold calling required.
- Receive and process customer requests for quotes, orders, pricing, and lead times via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Follow up on quotations and pricing requests to provide outstanding customer service.
- Coordinate with manufacturers to obtain current lead times and delivery information.
- Partner with our Outside Sales team to ensure customers receive prompt, accurate, and professional service.
- Educate customers on product features, applications, and solutions to help meet their business needs.
- Build long-term customer relationships through responsiveness, product knowledge, and dependable service.
Requirements
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous sales and customer service experience, preferably in construction, industrial distribution, HVAC, or a related industry.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service while identifying sales opportunities.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Professional demeanor with a high level of integrity.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Epicor Eclipse/Solar software.
- Knowledge of HVAC products or the wholesale distribution industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
