Sales Service Representative

• PROPÓSITO FUNDAMENTAL:

Garantizar el cumplimiento del presupuesto de ventas mediante un seguimiento a los clientes, nuevos proyectos de negocio, portafolio, rentabilidad y cartera, para contribuir al crecimiento del negocio por medio de una adecuada satisfacción del cliente, identificando oportunidades y necesidades, garantizando un adecuado seguimiento y ejecución de las oportunidades en Salesforce.

• RESPONSABILIDADES:

·       Garantizar el cumplimiento de los presupuestos de ventas establecidos por el negocio. 

·       Garantizar una oferta de valor adecuada y competitiva basados en el conocimiento del portafolio vigente y actualizado de la Unidad de Negocios.  

·       Investigar y comunicar las tendencias de mercado incluyendo la competencia para la toma de decisiones de negocio. 

·       Identificar las necesidades técnicas del producto requerido por el cliente para suministrar los elementos de entrada al departamento técnico y así garantizar el desarrollo adecuado de los productos.

·       Asegurar la entrega oportuna de pedidos a través del seguimiento al proceso de facturación y entrega. 

·       Proponer, participar y ejecutar proyectos de mejora en los clientes con el fin de aumentar ventas y satisfacción del cliente. 

·       Trabajar en la apertura de cuentas nuevas y crecimiento en clientes actuales. 

·       Diseñar y ejecutar un plan de visitas a los clientes con el fin de garantizar un efectivo asesoramiento comercial y técnico mejorando el posicionamiento de la marca y fidelización de los clientes que nos permita tener un crecimiento en ventas.

·       Administrar de manera responsable y ética los gastos de viaje que deba ejecutar del negocio para aportar al cumplimiento del presupuesto de gastos. 

·       Establecer planes de entrenamiento periódicos, interactivos y dinámicos a clientes que nos permita compartir conocimientos y experiencias, con el fin de mejorar los procesos productivos y mayor fidelización de clientes.

·       Garantizar el correcto procedimiento de reclamaciones en PPG para tener una adecuada respuesta a los clientes en tiempos y forma.

·       Garantizar la actualización continúa de los clientes en SF y las oportunidades visualizadas en el mercado.

·       Gestionar la mayor cantidad de clientes por zona que nos permita seguir aumentando la expansión geográfica de la marca.


REQUISITOS DEL CARGO:

• Educación: Profesional en administración de empresas, ingeniería química, ingeniería industrial, ingeniería de proceso o afines.
• Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en gestión comercial.
