Workover Rig Foreman

ND Energy is seeking a Workover Rig Foreman to provide leadership, operational support, and accountability across our workover rig fleet. This position plays a key role in supporting supervisors and crews, ensuring rigs and equipment are prepared for safe and efficient operations, and reinforcing company standards, customer requirements, and safe work practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel throughout the rig fleet to provide field leadership, training, and operational support.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety policies, customer requirements, and documentation standards.
• Coach and support rig supervisors and crews while reinforcing accountability, professionalism, and performance expectations.
• Assist with staffing coverage, employee development, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Oversee rig readiness, equipment movement, inspections, and yard coordination.
• Review reports, tickets, inspections, and operational records for accuracy and timely completion.
• Identify operational concerns, support corrective actions, and promote continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and support field employees professionally.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening, participate in the random testing pool, and pass background and motor vehicle record checks.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ten years of previous workover experience is preferred.

Work Environment and Schedule:

This is a full-time position that may require long hours, weekend work, and travel to job locations. The role primarily operates in an outdoor work environment.
