What you'll do:

• Provide overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs to develop and implement effective project management strategies.
• Lead multiple cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and adherence to standardized processes and deliverables.
• Manage resources, budgets, and timelines to support current and future project requirements while monitoring financial goals.
• Identify operational improvements and implement sustainable best practices to enhance project workflow and outcomes.
• Foster strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize business performance and support organizational initiatives.
• Promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous learning within project teams.

What you'll bring:

• Extensive experience in leading complex, cross-functional projects with a focus on strategic development and execution.
• Proven ability to analyze business objectives, forecast budgets, and manage resources to support current and future organizational needs.
• Strong leadership skills in building and developing high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and talent development.
• Expertise in establishing and enforcing project standards to control cost, timeline, and integration.
• Proficiency in leveraging data and business analysis to identify process improvements and inform decision-making.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 5 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area OR 7 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area.
3 years’ supervisory experience.
4 years’ project management experience.
