This position will act as a key contributor to the United States Asset Owner Client Service teams within Investor Services, with a focus on outlining and championing our client’s continuously evolving technology needs related to State Street product offerings.

What you will be responsible for
As Technology Champion Officer you will
- Continuously champion the product and technology needs of State Street’s US asset owner clients through conducting various client interviews, formalizing an outline of requirements and pain points, and liaising with our Product organization to ensure needs of our clients are met in existing and future product offerings.
- Drive execution of new technology rollouts which could entail working both externally and internally across various stakeholders, levels, and clients to achieve adoption.
- Occasionally act as a presenter in client meetings to showcase State Street’s technology offerings, working closely with product organization.
- Act as a Technology SME and Copilot champion for business unit.
- This role could also be asked to perform business analysis, governance, or adhoc project activities as needed.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience preferred
- Knowledge of core State Street technology platforms used by institutional clients (ex. MyStateStreet.com, eCFM, etc.)
- Experience working with asset owner clients is a plus

Travel for occasional client meetings may be required
Salary Range:
$65,000 - $113,750 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the location above, the applicable range could differ.
