As a Commercial & Professional support specialist, you will play a key role in enabling commercial success by providing operational, administrative, and analytical support to the Sleep & Respiratory Care team. You will help ensure excellent customer experiences, support business growth initiatives, maintain accurate data and reporting, and contribute to the successful execution of field activities and customer engagement programs.
You will interact with internal teams and customers, supporting day-to-day operations while continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and drive operational excellence.
Your role
- Support the SRC team with inventory management, customer inquiries related to products and tender requirements, and operational activities associated with customer engagement and field initiatives.
- Provide customer support for SRC Software Solutions and assist with the adoption and maintenance of sales support tools and platforms.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of CRM databases, customer records, reports, and sales documentation.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, helping resolve routine and moderately complex issues according to established procedures.
- Analyze sales performance data, customer feedback, and market trends to generate insights that support commercial decision-making.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify business opportunities and support strategic sales initiatives.
- Assist in the development of commercial presentations, product demonstrations, proposals, and sales materials to support customer-facing activities.
- Compile and prepare reports on key performance indicators, market developments, and customer engagement activities.
- Manage and maintain sales support resources, including product specifications, promotional materials, and commercial tools.
- Coordinate multiple activities and priorities with a high degree of organization and autonomy while ensuring adherence to established processes and timelines.
- Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to identifying and resolving operational issues to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with team members and cross-functional stakeholders, sharing best practices and supporting departmental objectives.
- Assist in hardware and software renewal projects and other operational initiatives as required.
You are the right fit if you have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Operations, or a related field.
- Experience in sales support, customer service, commercial operations, coordination, or an administrative support role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer and commercial data.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market information.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Compensation & benefits
Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. We are offering an apprendistato contract with a base salary range of €32.000 - 34.500. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
