Machine Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator to operate and monitor production equipment in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with machinery, following production instructions, and maintaining a strong focus on quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
• Set up and monitor machines according to production requirements
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Make basic machine adjustments as needed
• Load and unload materials from machinery
• Follow production schedules and work instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures
• Report equipment issues or production concerns to the appropriate personnel
• Perform other production duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move materials as required
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule & Pay

• $16.00/hour
• Monday–Friday
• 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Full-Time
