We're looking for a Commissioning Manager / Field Project Manager to lead the delivery of critical electrical infrastructure projects. This is an opportunity to take ownership of site-based project execution, lead multidisciplinary teams, and deliver complex projects from installation through to commissioning and handover.

## What you'll do

As part of our PMO team, you'll play a critical role in delivering customer projects safely, on time, and within budget. You will:

• Lead site-based project delivery across the full project lifecycle.
• Develop delivery, installation, commissioning, and resource plans to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Coordinate customers, contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and field resources.
• Manage project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Monitor project progress, financial performance, and delivery milestones.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide leadership across complex project environments.
• Drive safe, compliant, and high-quality project outcomes.

## What we're looking for

We're open to candidates from critical power, electrical infrastructure, data centres, utilities, industrial automation, building services, construction, or related industries.

You may be:

• A Project Manager looking for greater ownership and field leadership responsibility.
• A Commissioning Manager seeking larger and more complex projects.
• A Senior Commissioning Engineer or Site Manager ready to step into broader project leadership.

You'll bring:

• 3+ years' experience delivering electrical infrastructure, commissioning, construction, or critical power projects.
• Experience managing project delivery, contractors, vendors, risk, and site operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer relationship skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving capability.
• The ability to manage competing priorities in complex project environments.
• A qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
