About the Role

The position is responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery, providing technical design and solution leadership, driving AI-enabled solution innovation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.

Job Description:

• Collaborate with local IT teams to clarify requirements, validate solutions, and align on proposed approaches.
• Take full ownership of project delivery, ensuring outcomes meet or exceed stakeholder expectations in terms of scope, quality, and timelines.
• Lead the development team in system architecture, technical design, and hands-on development activities.
• Leverage understanding of AI technologies to propose practical, scalable solutions and drive innovation within projects.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT related disciplines
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with 2+ years in technical leadership or PM role
• Has experience with modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) and frameworks
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and Devops practices
• Experience with system integration, APIs, and enterprise application development
• Strong understanding of Dify workflow design, including prompt flows, knowledge base integration, and multi-step orchestration
• Experience with AI agent workflows is preference.
• Good at reading and writing English. Fluent oral English.
• Fluent Cantonese is a plus.
