Position Overview
San Bruno Skilled Nursing is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a CNA, you will play an essential role in providing quality, resident-centered care while helping our residents maintain their dignity, comfort, safety, and independence.

Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and dining.
Provide compassionate, respectful, and attentive resident care.
Assist residents with safe transfers, positioning, ambulation, and mobility.
Observe and report changes in residents’ condition, behavior, or vital signs to the nursing team.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
Follow individualized care plans and facility policies and procedures.
Communicate effectively with nurses, residents, families, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
Assist with documentation and participate in care planning as directed.
Promote resident dignity, privacy, independence, and quality of life.
Respond promptly to resident needs and requests.
Qualifications
Current and valid California CNA certification required.
Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered approach to resident care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Commitment to providing safe, respectful, and high-quality care.
Weekend availability required.
