Our client operates a specialized automotive facility engaged in international supply chain trade, information technology services, and the manufacture of precision motor vehicle components.
Job Descriptions
- Handle full-set accounting, including AR, AP, reconciliations, journals, fixed assets, bank reconciliation and petty cash.

Manage billing and compliance, including invoices, receipts, CN/DN, e-Invoice, SST and audit schedules.

Monitor supplier/subcontractor invoices, claims and payments, including rental and utilities.

Follow up on customer collections, debtor balances and salesman commission reconciliation.

Prepare sales, cash flow, budgeting and project profitability reports for management.

Maintain proper finance documentation and filing.
- Support payroll checking, tenancy agreements and ad-hoc finance tasks.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/LCCI in Accounting, Finance or related field.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, with proven full-set accounting experience.

Experience with QNE or ERP accounting systems.

Familiar with Malaysia SST, e-Invoice and month-end closing.

Able to prepare financial analysis, budgets, cash flow and management reports.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Mandarin and English, speaking and writing.
Location: Kulai, Johor
Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8:30AM - 5:30PM)
Salary Range: RM4,000 - 6,000
