Overview
Your role
- Coordinate activities and communication between Tooling team members, project work groups, and the client.
- Implement tooling schedules for engineering, procurement, and testing activities.
- Monitor project progress and escalate issues and risks to management as required.
- Collect project updates and prepare progress reports and meeting minutes.
- Collaborate with project controls teams to support cost and schedule reporting.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with quality program requirements and nuclear safety standards.
- Support Tooling Managers and the Deputy Project Director in the execution of RFBR Tooling project scope.
About you
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities and priorities within complex engineering projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, Power BI, and MS Project.
- Aptitude for building strong working relationships with stakeholders, clients, and project teams.
- Ability to communicate effectively through both written and verbal channels.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
