The TAS team supports private equity sponsors, lenders and corporates with financial, tax and operational diligence across Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and corporate actions. The Director, Financial Services role at Portage Point represents a unique opportunity to assume a wide range of responsibilities and make a significant impact. This Director is the go-to advisor on Financial Services transactions, responsible for delivering specialized expertise in insurance, wealth & asset management, banking & capital markets M&A diligence, with the ability to specialize within certain FIG subsectors as desired/per specific expertise. The Director will report directly to the TAS Practice Line Leader and manage quality of earnings, advise sponsors on valuation and risk matters and support financial services business development. This person will support key initiatives, manage discrete workstreams and work closely with senior leaders.
