Your Opportunity:

Taylor Corporation is looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team in Jeffersonville, IN. In this role, you’ll help keep products and materials moving efficiently through the facility while supporting receiving, order fulfillment, and shipping operations.

Work Authorization:

To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Your Shift:

7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday with overtime as required, including some weekends.

Your Responsibilities:

• Unload and stage incoming shipments using material handling equipment
• Prepare and break down inbound shipments and verify accuracy
• Put away products in designated warehouse locations
• Pull and fill orders accurately using paper or electronic order systems
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed
• Receive, unpack, check, and store merchandise and materials
• Pack, crate, and prepare products and materials for shipment
• Move products and materials to designated departments, assembly lines, or distribution areas
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Follow all safety procedures when operating equipment and performing job duties

You Must Have:

• Flexibility to perform a variety of warehouse assignments
• Basic computer skills
• Basic math and reading skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements Within This Position:

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
• Frequently required to move inside the facility
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

We Would Also Prefer:

• Previous warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience
