Job Summary

EMEA Additive Manufacturing Supplies Planning and Fulfilment role is responsible for leading a broad range of complex supply chain processes for the Additive Manufacturing Business. Main responsibility will be around demand planning activities for 3D Supplies products in EMEA region. These activities will be performed in coordination with the regional sales team and the Manufacturing HP teams.

In this role, he/she will consider all relevant supply chain metrics like availability, inventory and cost to support the Revenue plans for the business unit and define a suitable signal to the 3D supplies factories. The role improves current business processes and performance metrics by leading cross-functional regional and global business unit planning teams, and identifies opportunities to streamline and optimize operational processes. The role manages special projects and communicates requirements to large global business unit planning teams.


Responsibilities
• Manages supply chain processes, such as inventory analysis, order fulfillment, import/export operations and shipping, for a country or regional business unit with minimum supervision applying discretion and judgement.
• Compiles key metrics, produces reports, and analyzes data using IT systems for demand and supply matching activities.
• Supports the analysis conducted for backlog management.
• Gathers demand data from country and region for demand planning.
• Reviews current business process for regional and global business unit planning teams.
• Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Establishes and maintains management dashboards, regional reports, and executive review documents to drive business outcomes and operational excellence.
• Communicates requirements and guidelines to the regional business unit planning teams.
• Conducts ongoing operational training and readiness for new hires.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.

Preferred Certifications
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Certified Professional In Supply Management (Standards Organizations)

Knowledge & Skills
• Understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make deliver).

• Analytical and data modeling skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Developed Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and other analytical aids to help manage the operation.

• Strong understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and ATP.

• SAP S4 ERP knowledge & experience.
