THE ROLE
The Americas FP&A Associate Director works with the regional General Manager and regional CFO to drive value through a range of levers including the leadership of the financial performance rhythm and strategy to maximize Profitable Growth.


This role is based in Englewood Cliffs - US, reports to the Americas FP&A Director and is a key member of the Finance Team.


This role offers a great opportunity for the successful candidate to develop a regional network, build experience in Performance Management and Ice Cream expertise.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Leading the monthly financial forecasting process.
  • Leading the regional strategy process.
  • Working closely with the Country CFO’s and Corporate Functions, to support the overall performance management agenda.
  • Responsible for the Target Setting process and driving dynamic Resource Allocation (DRA) to maximize financial outcome in the region.
  • Reporting actuals and forecast to Corporate Functions and to Americas Leadership Team.
  • Prepare and present key financial insights and analysis to senior management for key interventions.
  • Influence decision making by analyzing internal and external trends.
  • Driving and shaping business performance.
  • Driving actions on performance interventions if needed, in any P&L line.
