Your Team
As a Facility Cleaner, you will be an essential member of the Operations team, helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment throughout the facility. You will support production, quality, repair, warehouse, office, and common areas while contributing to a workplace that meets company standards and regulatory requirements. Working closely with supervisors, team leaders, and employees across the site, you will help ensure that all areas remain clean, functional, and ready for daily operations.
What You'll Be Doing
Clean and maintain production, repair, quality, office, and other assigned areas throughout the facility.
Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, and maintaining general cleanliness of workspaces.
Clean and maintain restrooms, including at least four sets of men's and women's facilities, ensuring they remain stocked, sanitary, and presentable.
Empty trash and recycling containers in assigned areas and properly dispose of waste in designated collection points.
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of exterior areas surrounding the building, including activities such as snow removal, weeding, watering, and general grounds upkeep.
Safely operate cleaning tools and equipment required to perform daily responsibilities.
Follow established cleaning procedures, safety practices, and workplace guidelines.
Support facility cleanliness and organization initiatives that contribute to a safe and efficient work environment.
Perform additional duties and special cleaning projects as assigned by supervisors or team leaders.
What You'll Bring
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
Basic knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or regulated environment.
Experience using commercial cleaning equipment and cleaning agents safely and effectively.
Physical Requirements
Lifting up to 35 pounds from floor to waist.
- Lifting up to 23 pounds to shoulder height.
- Lifting up to 2 pounds from shoulder level to overhead.
Work Environment
Work in a manufacturing environment regulated by the FDA and company quality standards.
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including static-protective garments when working in manufacturing areas.
Work in close proximity to other employees and cross-functional teams.
Work in a temperature- and humidity-controlled environment.
Follow all facility safety, quality, and operational procedures to help maintain product integrity and workplace safety.
