Takes a holistic approach to the end-to-end AI and software delivery lifecycle, including assessment, integration, deployment, governance, monitoring, adoption, and ongoing operational support of AI capabilities. Harnesses enterprise AI platforms, cloud services, APIs, and developer productivity tools to deliver scalable and secure AI solutions. Evaluates emerging AI technologies, conducts proof-of-concepts, and performs technical assessments to determine feasibility, business value, security, compliance, and operational readiness.

  • Establishes and defines processes for AI platform onboarding, assessment, governance, deployment, monitoring, release management, and support.
  • Evaluates emerging AI capabilities, roadmap items, release notes, and product enhancements.
  • Conducts technical assessments, architecture reviews, security reviews, and proof-of-concepts to evaluate AI tools, integrations, connectors, agents, and platform capabilities.
  • Designs and implements monitoring frameworks and reporting solutions to measure AI adoption, usage trends, platform effectiveness, token consumption, and business value realization.
  • Creates and maintains executive dashboards and operational reporting using Power BI and other analytics platforms.
  • Performs AI governance activities including risk assessment, cybersecurity reviews, privacy reviews, architecture reviews, compliance validation, and approval coordination prior to platform enablement.
  • Reviews, validates, and assesses AI capabilities to ensure alignment with enterprise security, architecture, and responsible AI requirements.
  • Investigates and resolves technical issues, performs root cause analysis, and provides advanced platform support.
  • Develops automation and operational efficiencies across AI enablement and software delivery processes.
  • Identifies and deploys cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability and other risk management​ assessments.
  • Creates and implements automation to different phases of the DevOps pipeline​.
  • Builds a CI/CD pipeline (continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment) and works toward continuous improvement. ​
  • Designs and documents procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance​.
  • Uses configuration management software to automatically deploy updates and fixes into the production environment.​
  • Focus is primarily on business/group within BMO; may have broader, enterprise-wide focus.
  • Provides specialized consulting, analytical and technical support.
  • Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
  • Works independently and regularly handles non-routine situations.
  • Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.

Salary:

$75,900.00 - $141,900.00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.

BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
