The role
Join us in an exciting time as we continue our transition as a stand-alone company. As part of our ambitious growth strategy, The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC) is driving Global Business and Technology transformation as the final stage in the process of separation from Unilever.
We are on the lookout for an experienced finance professional to assist with local GTM needs. This role will bridge the gap between global design and configuration and implementation into the local market to suit our needs. You will work alongside a dedicated team and provide support across local SME’s, testing environments and support post go-live helping to ensure a seamless transition period.
This 12-month fixed-term opportunity STARTING NOVEMBER 2026.
What you'll be responsible for
Validating global design and configuration decisions against Finance GTM needs in Local finance workshops.
Coordinating with local Finance SME’s to gather inputs and validate the Day 2 target state for Finance GTM.
Consolidating and flagging requirements or statutory needs to the Local Finance Controller Lead for potential localisation.
Supporting local UAT testing for Finance GTM processes and ensuring compliance with local requirements.
Providing on-site dedicated support during go-live and cutover activities helping to ensure a smooth transition to the new ERP system.
We're looking for someone who
Has experience in Finance GTM processes and can operate confidently in FP&A, credit management, revenue reporting, management reporting and has an awareness of local statutory/regulatory obligations. You will be a qualified accountant or you have equivalent experience with a deep understanding of the above.
Brings strong skills in:
stakeholder management to coordinate local SME’s and bridge global design and market requirements,
experience in supporting testing and cutover readiness in operation finance contexts is desired
working knowledge of SAP and/or other finance applications.
Thinks end-to-end and takes ownerships for results
Is comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving organisation
Values collaboration, clarity and low-ego ways of working
