Senior Workplace Safety Manager (2-year contract)

[What the role is]

You will be part of the Workplace Safety team to ensure a high quality workplace safety standard in the organization. Your role includes having to develop and implement workplace safety initiatives, set and enforce safety standards, conduct safety audits as well as review of safety initiatives.

[What you will be working on]

You will be required to analyse the data and trends of our safety performance. Review the strategies and develop processes to implement the safety programs/initiatives for improvement. You will also be required to explore the adoption of technology on sites and conduct testbed collaborations.

[What we are looking for]

Background in engineering with specialized training in safety and health. Is a registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer. At least 5 years of relevant workplace safety and health practicing experiences in construction. Good communication & interpersonal skills and is able to multi-task. Experience in the oil and gas industry will be an advantage.
