Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage suppliers for MEP equipment, prefabricated components, and engineering services.
- Manage end-to-end procurement and tender processes, including RFQ, price comparison, bidding, negotiation, and evaluation.
- Conduct supplier qualification, due diligence, site audits, and performance assessments.
- Coordinate purchase orders, technical requirements, delivery schedules, and supplier performance.
- Drive cost optimization, quality improvement, delivery performance, and long-term supplier relationships.
- Maintain procurement and supplier documentation while continuously improving procurement processes and standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Mechanical, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supplier development, procurement, or tender management.
- Experience in MEP, data center, or prefabricated/modular construction is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, coordination, and cost-control skills.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to handle business communication and documentation independently.
- Willing to support cross-regional collaboration.
