What if your first steps in Supply Chain could take you into a global operation where data, technology and problem-solving come together every day?
As a Daily Routing Analyst, you will support delivery operations by helping create and execute daily routing solutions based on customer orders, available resources and operational needs.
You will work with teams across different markets, use specialized routing technology, and analyze operational information to help improve productivity, service and resource utilization.
This is an opportunity to build hands-on experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Analytics and Operations Optimization while working in a dynamic, global environment.
Your Impact
In this role, you will:
- Execute daily delivery routing using specialized routing technology, considering orders, available resources and operational constraints.
- Work with local teams to understand delivery needs and help resolve daily routing exceptions.
- Monitor operational metrics such as hours, stops, cases and productivity to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support compliance with applicable transportation and hours-of-service requirements.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports and KPI scorecards.
- Identify operational risks or route imbalances and escalate opportunities for further optimization.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI and other analytical tools.
- Collaborate with global teams and communicate findings and recommendations clearly.
- Learn and apply routing, optimization and data analytics concepts to solve real operational challenges.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional proficiency in English to interact with global teams.
- Recent graduates and early-career professionals are welcome; internship or academic experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Analytics or Process Improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work with numbers, identify patterns and understand how operational decisions impact business results.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel and/or Power BI.
- Exposure to SQL, Python, Power Automate, Power Apps or similar tools is a plus, but not required.
- Strong organization and ability to manage daily priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
A Flexible, Global Work Environment
This role supports global operations, so flexibility with working hours is key. Rotating schedules may include morning, afternoon/evening or overnight shifts, as well as occasional Sunday coverage. Schedules are planned in advance with the team, giving you visibility and consistency.
Examples of schedules may include 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m.–evening/night, or overnight shifts around 11:00 p.m.–6:00/7:00 a.m. Any schedule changes are communicated in advance.
The role follows a hybrid model, with one day per week in the office.
