Description
The Ad Operations Role is responsible for executing and managing digital advertising campaigns across multiple client verticals (e.g Retail, Financial services, Tech). The role focuses on accurate campaign set up, timely delivery and adherence to quality and SLA standards. The Ads Operator is expected to work in a fast paced, shift based environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign execution:
Setup, manage and optimize advertising campaigns based on client requirements.
Perform campaign trafficking, updates and troubleshooting within defined timelines and following workflow protocols
Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and in compliance with guidelines.
SLA and queue management:
Manage assigned queues and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact
Meet turnaround times (TAT) and Service level agreements (SLAs) requirements consistently
Handle high volume workloads while maintaining attention to detail
Quality and accuracy:
Ensure error free execution of tasks and minimize rework which involved proper handoff to other locations
Follow workflow documentation procedures and quality frameworks
Actively participate in quality reviews and implement feedback
Client communication:
Participate in Client conversations (Account managers through Jira), Ads Operations demand management on weekly connects and be prepared with a review of your book of business
Provide clear, concise and accurate updates on task statuses
Set appropriate expectations without overcommitting or miscommunicating.
Issue handling & escalations:
Work collaboratively across pods and support different verticals when required.
Adapt to shift changes in accordance to DST changes.
Commitment to assist in coverage during peak periods, public holidays or staffing gaps.

REQUIREMENTS AND PREFERRED EXPERIENCES:
English proficiency at a minimum of B2+ Level required. Both written and communicative.
Bachelors degree (ideally in Marketing/advertising/sales).
Experience in Next generation customer operations
Excellent communication skills
Working under pressure and clear ability to prioritize
Flexibility to work in shifts (please see specific shift requirements below)
Ideal to have an understanding and knowledge of the media industry and specifically advertising background is welcome.
WORK ARRANGEMENTS
This role requires flexibility to adapt to business needs.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, within the business operating window of 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The specific schedule will be assigned based on business needs and operational requirements.
Training: Training is to be conducted fully from the office and takes approximately 6 weeks inclusive of shadowing to get you prepared for success. Training hours will be Monday to Friday, between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
