직무 개요
This position manages end-to-end order fulfillment for assigned customers - coordinating customer demand, order booking, production requirement, inventory, and shipment plans while working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Plant teams to ensure reliable delivery and strong customer service performance.
책임 및 자격
[Responsibilities]
- Manage customer forecasts, order booking, and allocation status
- Coordinate production and shipment plans to support on-time delivery and OTIF performance
- Monitor finished goods inventory and support the reduction of aged excess stock
- Maintain accurate order, pricing, and commercial information in relevant systems
- Proactively identify and communicate supply, production, and logistics risks
- Coordinate customer trials and inter-regional orders as required
- Respond to customer inquires and support continuous improvement in customer service and order management processes
[Qualification]
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Min. 3yrs of working experience
- Strong coordination, coordination and problem-solving
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy in order, pricing, and shipment information
- Proficiency in MS Office, experience in ERP
- Business level English communication skills both written and verbal
