 What this opportunity involves:

This role invites you to step into a premier front-of-house position as a Concierge at the iconic Salesforce Tower, located at 180 George Street within Sydney's prestigious Circular Quay precinct. As JLL manages this world-class, premium-grade landmark—renowned for its world-leading sustainability and wellness achievements—you will be the primary face of the tower, delivering exceptional, five-star service to tenant customers, visitors, and key stakeholders. Working closely with an onsite building management team on the Lendlease Account, you will play a critical role in fostering a vibrant community and maintaining flawless lobby standards. By acting as the ultimate building ambassador, you will ensure a seamless daily experience for everyone who walks through our doors, reflecting JLL's commitment to service excellence in one of the country's healthiest and most sustainable workplaces.

An overview of the role:

• Provide a warm, highly professional front-of-house welcome to tenants, visitors, service providers, and clients.
• Manage all incoming queries in person, via phone, and through email with courtesy, professionalism, and efficiency.
• Coordinate visitor access management using the dedicated visitor system, administering passes in accordance with tenant protocols.
• Maintain exceptional lobby presentation standards and proactively report any building maintenance or cleaning issues.
• Administer specialized concierge services, including dry-cleaning coordination, umbrella services, and meet-and-greet support.
• Support the Customer Relationship Manager with exciting lobby activations, community engagement initiatives, and WorkLife events.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cleaning, security, and building management teams, fostering the culture of collaboration, locally and across the globe, that sets JLL apart.
• Act as a passionate building ambassador, setting the industry benchmark for customer service excellence.
• Adhere strictly to environment, health, and safety (EHS) policies and assist with onsite emergency procedures when required.

Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for:

• Proven experience in customer service (essential), ideally gained within a corporate concierge or five-star hotel environment.
• Outstanding presentation, a strong work ethic, and a highly professional, welcoming demeanor.
• A friendly, positive, and proactive attitude with a demonstrated ability to take initiative.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise comfortably with diverse stakeholders.
• High levels of responsibility, reliability, and punctuality, with the flexibility to adapt to changing start and finish times from time to time, if required
• Strong multitasking capabilities and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• A highly collaborative mindset, as we believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive.
• Practical proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new software platforms.
• First Aid Certificate, Floor Fire Warden certification, tertiary qualifications in Hospitality/Business, or multilingual capabilities (highly regarded).
