• Manage end-to-end fit out projects across multiple commercial properties ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and conduct regular site checks across all properties to verify progress and compliance.
• Coordinate with tenants, contractors, consultants, and building management to align project objectives and expectations.
• Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and technical submissions for compliance with building codes and standards.
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure workmanship meets approved plans and quality benchmarks.
• Prepare cost estimates, manage project budgets, and control expenditures through BOQ verification, quotation reviews, and variation order management.
• Ensure all fit out works comply with local regulations, fire safety codes, accessibility standards, and environmental requirements.
• Administer fit out contracts, monitor contractor performance, and resolve disputes to minimize project disruption.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear communication on progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including BOQs, contracts, approvals, warranties, certifications, and as-built drawings for all sites
