Follow the care plan and communicate clearly about any changes in your client’s condition or scheduling needs
Build a consistent, trusting relationship with your client and their family
Maintain reliable attendance and a calm, professional presence in every home
What You Need
Active New Jersey CHHA certification (must appear on the NJ CHHA Registry)
Ability to work independently in a private duty home care setting
Reliable transportation for a case in the Woodbury area
Dependable attendance and sound professional judgment
