Description
Our client operates 2 boutique resorts in Indonesia, with a combined inventory of 20+ rooms, offering a unique guest experience with a strong focus on personalized service, lifestyle, sustainability, and leisure.
This is a #1 role at the properties, and will be reporting directly to the Expat Owner.
Note that these stunning resorts are located in a magnificent, but remote location.
For this position, both Expats and Indonesian Nationals are being considered.
Profile
• Strong resort operations experience in luxury, boutique, lifestyle or leisure resort
• Indonesia experience is a must
• Able to deal effectively with guests in a boutique resort environment
• Good understanding of resort operations and guest experience
• Able to manage guest expectations and maintain service standards
• Good financial and commercial awareness
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills
• Approachable, outgoing and engaging personality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, confident and “can-do” attitude
• Good people management and team leadership skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Tactical skills and result oriented
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Energetic, adaptable and highly motivated
• Strong attention to quality and detail
• Team player with a collaborative approach
• Hands-on
• Flexible working hours
