Human Touch Home Health is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for Part-Time and PRN opportunities serving Blacksburg, Christiansburg, Radford, Pulaski, and surrounding New River Valley communities.

What You'll Do
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
- Help with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Assist with toileting and other activities of daily living
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping related to patient care
- Follow the established plan of care
- Observe and report changes in patient condition
- Complete required documentation
- Help patients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home
Qualifications
- Active Virginia CNA Certification Required
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Dependable and committed to accepted patient assignments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in patients' homes
- Home Health, Hospice, Long-Term Care, or Personal Care Experience Preferred
