Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves leading comprehensive evaluations of the current business environment to uncover opportunities that can deliver measurable value to clients. This role requires defining high-level customer needs and designing appropriate business solutions and frameworks to support these opportunities. The Business Architect also develops detailed business cases that align with the strategic vision, ensuring that proposed initiatives are viable and impactful. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align business objectives and drive transformation is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and sustainable growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic discussions to align business goals with technology capabilities.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must to Have Skills: SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS)
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in developing business cases and defining business solutions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex business concepts clearly.
- Capability to lead and manage teams towards achieving strategic objectives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
