About this role:

As a Physician in Urology, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.  In this role, you will work with a team of Urologists to provide top-notch care and patient experience.  Throughout the day, you will collaborate with and be supported by MAs, APPs, front office support, and administrators committed to the program’s success. 

This position includes a $50,000 sign-on bonus, up to $20,000 in relocation assistance, a fellowship stipend up to $18,000, and $75,000 in student loan repayment when applicable.

• Enjoy two Las Vegas area practice locations.

• You will have the option of a 4- or 5-day workweek, with either one or two OR days. Initially, your schedule will include three clinic days and one OR day, with the fifth day available as either a day off or an additional clinic day. As patient volume grows, there is an opportunity to transition to a schedule with two clinic days and two OR days.

• Access to DaVinci Xi.

• You will have dedicated MA support in clinic, and shared support of the APP team. 

• There are two locations for surgeries and procedures in Las Vegas

• Call is shared with the group and expected to be one in six. Call is paid in addition to the base salary.

What you’ll bring:

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine

• Residency training in Internal Medicine

• Board certification or eligibility in Urology

• Active, unobstructed Nevada medical license, or the ability to obtain one

• Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one

• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process

• Candidates requiring Visa sponsorship will be reviewed on an individual basis

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. 

$7.25 - $999.99
