  • Continuously prioritize competing tasks, monitor deadlines, and adjust focus as business needs evolve while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to review high-volume costing, pricing, BOM, PO, and invoice data for accuracy, gaps, and inconsistencies.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including large datasets, formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and analytical reporting.
  • Proactive problem solver with sound judgment and the ability to validate information, question unusual cost changes, resolve discrepancies, and improve data accuracy.
  • Proven ability to work proactively and independently while contributing as a collaborative team partner
  • Highly organized communicator able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, summarize findings, and follow up effectively with internal teams and vendors.
