About This Role

The TD Securities Singapore Application Support team provides follow-the-sun Level 2 production support services aligned to Capital Markets business functions. This role is responsible for application production support of Sophis-Murex Capital Markets platforms supporting Equity, FX, Risk, and End-of-Day processing operations. The position works closely with Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office stakeholders to support trading workflows, risk management processes, and production stability across a global support model.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 production support for Capital Markets applications supporting Equity, FX, Risk, and End-of-Day processing.
  • Support Sophis/SwapOne, Murex (MX 3.1.36/56), RTNS, and front-to-back trade lifecycle management platforms.
  • Monitor and support trade booking, pricing, market data, yield/rate curves, risk reporting, and VaR analysis processes.
  • Support Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office users across global trading operations.
  • Perform SQL and database troubleshooting across Oracle, MongoDB, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL environments.
  • Troubleshoot Java, JavaScript, Unix/Linux, PowerShell, and scripting-related production issues.
  • Monitor and support market connectivity, including FIX protocol, STP processing, ECN connectivity, and market data feeds.
  • Support Autosys job scheduling, workflow monitoring, and issue resolution.
  • Manage incidents, problems, changes, and releases in accordance with established support processes.
  • Operate within a follow-the-sun global support model, including shift-based operations and weekend or holiday support coverage.
  • Ensure the Manager is kept informed of relevant risk management, control, and operational issues.
  • Maintain a high level of communication, transparency, and timely escalation of production issues.

Skills & Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Capital Markets Production Support experience.
  • Hands-on support experience with Sophis, SwapOne and/or Murex, including front-to-back trade lifecycle management.
  • Experience supporting Equity Derivatives, Cash Equities, and FX trading businesses.
  • Front Office trading desk support experience, with knowledge of Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office workflows.
  • Strong SQL and Linux troubleshooting skills with experience supporting Oracle, MongoDB, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
  • Knowledge of trade booking, pricing, market data, yield/rate curves, risk reporting, and VaR analysis.
  • Experience with Java, JavaScript, Unix/Linux, PowerShell, and scripting.
  • Working knowledge of FIX Protocol, STP processing, ECN connectivity, market data feeds, and Autosys job scheduling.
  • Experience with monitoring and support tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and ITRS Geneos.
  • Knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management, including ITIL-based support practices and SLA management.
  • Exposure to Agile and DevOps operating models.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills and the ability to work within a global follow-the-sun support model, including shift-based operations and weekend/holiday coverage.
