Pay: $22.00 per hour | Weekly Pay.
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM.
Overtime & Weekends: Based on company needs.

Openwork is hiring a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector for a manufacturing company in Denton, TX. We're looking for someone who understands the importance of accuracy, product quality, and following established manufacturing standards.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Identify defects and verify products meet specifications.
- Perform visual inspections, dimensional measurements, and product testing.
- Use calipers, gauges, measuring tapes, and other inspection tools.
- Monitor production processes for quality concerns.
- Document inspection results and report defects.
- Maintain and calibrate measuring equipment.
- Follow company quality procedures and applicable industry standards.
- Work with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous quality control, inspection, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience using calipers, gauges, measuring tapes, and other measuring tools.
- Ability to read technical drawings and product specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
- Understanding of manufacturing quality standards and procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working a consistent 2nd-shift schedule.
- Must be available for overtime and weekend work based on company needs.
