Solutions Architect (HealthTech)

The Solutions Architect will design, architect, and continuously improve end-to-end systems and services. Working within cross-functional Agile/SDLC project teams, the role focuses on translating the Product Team's requirements into effective, timely, working solutions while establishing standardized processes and supporting development through research, documentation, and issue resolution.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Work as part of cross-functional Agile and SDLC project teams in planning and system solutioning
2. Contribute to the creation of standardized processes and best practices
3. Collaborate with developers, leadership, and other architects to bring strategic technical vision into reality
4. Propose solutions using development experience and integrations knowledge
5. Influence project scope to deliver effective and efficient solutions in a timely manner
6. Analyze and verify solution requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to business needs
7. Assist development teams in the development process and resolve solution issues
8. Participate in research and design of new systems
9. Continuously improve platforms based on business demands and customer feedback
10. Prepare solution documents and training materials; provide technical training and support to the development team
11. Perform other assigned tasks

Required Qualifications

1. At least 10 years of software development experience
2. Solid full-stack development skills using React Native, ReactJS, GraphQL, MongoDB, SQL, and NodeJS
3. Deep understanding of the Agile software development process
4. Ability to leverage version control (Git) to coordinate development flows
5. Experience in AuthN and AuthZ for application security (JWT, OAuth)
6. Excellent debugging and optimization skills, including code review
7. Prescribe uniform standards of quality for code and tools
8. Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., GitHub, Codecommit, Docker, Codepipeline)

Preferred Qualifications

1. Ability to design, test, and document UI components
2. Experience working with Docker containers and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google)
3. Strong analytical skills, detailed, and process-oriented
4. Strong communication skills in English and/or Filipino
5. Assertive, results-oriented, and able to multitask
6. Strong interpersonal skills
7. Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
