Senior Cardiorespiratory Physiotherapist | St Andrew's War Memorial Hospital, Spring Hill
Employment Term: Full Time – Permanent Position
Location: Located opposite Roma Street Parklands, St Andrew's War Memorial Hospital is just a short walk to Brisbane CBD
Remuneration: $67.06 - $72.68 per hour + Super + NFP Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances

An integral part of our Allied Health team, as a Senior Cardiorespiratory Physiotherapist, you'll provide expert clinical leadership and advanced cardiorespiratory physiotherapy services within a busy acute tertiary hospital environment. You'll play a key role in mentoring clinicians, driving service improvement initiatives and delivering exceptional patient-centred care.

Your part in our St Andrew's War Memorial Hospital team
We are seeking an experienced Senior Cardiorespiratory Physiotherapist to join our Allied Health team.
In this senior clinical role, you will provide a high level of specialist physiotherapy expertise across the cardiorespiratory service, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. You will apply independent clinical judgement to complex presentations, contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives, and support the ongoing growth and capability of the Physiotherapy team.
What makes a difference for us?
  • Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy from a recognised institution
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist
  • Extensive experience in acute tertiary cardiorespiratory physiotherapy
  • Demonstrated clinical leadership experience within Physiotherapy services
  • Experience developing, implementing and evaluating education and training programs
  • Proven ability to lead change and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
  • Postgraduate qualifications and/or relevant specialty experience highly regarded
