- Quickly assess and adapt to changing sourcing needs and priorities in the IM&S Japan.
- Utilize your creative problem-solving skills to identify innovative sourcing solutions and opportunities for cost optimization and value creation.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand their evolving requirements and provide timely sourcing support and guidance.
- Proactively research and explore new suppliers/vendors, technologies, and market trends in the IM&S space.
- Engage in rapid decision-making processes to evaluate and select suppliers/vendors based on strategic fit, performance, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Actively participate in negotiations and contract discussions, demonstrating agility and flexibility in adapting negotiation strategies to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate supplier performance, addressing any issues or opportunities for improvement in a timely manner.
- Embrace a culture of continuous learning and development, seeking out opportunities to expand knowledge and skills in IM&S sourcing and related areas.
