Roofing Service Foreman and Roofing Service Foreman (Commercial Roofs)
CentiMark Corporation, a National leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Roofing Service Foreman and Roofing Service Laborers.
Roofing Service Foreman:
Job Summary:
- Ability to diagnose roof leaks
- Make appropriate repairs on all types of roofs
- Small repair jobs and roof maintenance
- Company Vehicle, Fuel Card, Cell Phone, Laptop
Candidate Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
- Experience in EPDM, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & metal roof repairs
- Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid state driver’s license (in good standing) is required
- Must pass pre-employment drug test
- Roofing Service Helper experience preferred, but not required
Roofing Service Laborers:
Job Summary:
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 Feet
- Able to work within a team environment
- At least 18 years of age or older
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Have reliable transportation
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Roofing knowledge is preferred, but not required
