About the Role

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering strategic projects that support AIA’s business objectives and customer-centric vision. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget, while adhering to compliance and quality standards.
Acting as a key liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams, the Project Manager ensures transparency, risk management, and continuous improvement to maximize business value and enhance customer experience.

Project Delivery & Governance

• Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Align project objectives with AIA’s strategic goals and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting for governance and audit purposes.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as the primary point of contact for business and technical stakeholders.
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly and proactively.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with business priorities.

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues promptly.
• Develop contingency plans to minimize impact on delivery and business operations.

Team Leadership & Coaching

• Facilitating Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives). Remove impediments and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Guide and mentor team members on Agile best practices and project management standards.
• Encourage self-organization and empower teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure deliverables meet AIA’s quality standards, regulatory requirements, and security policies.
• Drive adherence to governance frameworks and internal audit guidelines.

Continuous Improvement

• Analyze project performance and implement lessons learned for future initiatives.
• Recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency and customer experience.
