Description
Amentum is seeking a dynamic, mission-driven Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee warehouse operations supporting JTDC and logistics missions (to wit: supply chain visibility across planning, sourcing, acquisition, provisioning, storage, inventory management, warehousing, distribution, and transportation) in support of Special Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC) at Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii.

- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that may include exercises, contingencies, surge operations, and OCONUS travel.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Direct receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, staging, issuing, shipping, and disposition of materiel.
- Supervise personnel, assign workloads, establish schedules, and ensure training and performance standards are met, and safety procedures are adhered to.
- Ensure accurate visibility and accountability of Government and contractor property, equipment, supplies, and materiel.
- Conduct inventories and reconciliations while monitoring storage capacity, utilization, material flow, and throughput.
- Integrate warehouse activities with transportation, procurement, supply, and theater distribution requirements.
- Plan for surge, deployment, emergency, and distributed logistics requirements, including rapid receipt, staging, and redistribution.
- Enforce applicable Government, contract, safety, property, transportation, and Amentum requirements; support audits and inspections.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reports; analyze warehouse performance and implement process improvements.
- Identify and implement technology, automation, data analytics, autonomous systems, and other capabilities that improve warehouse visibility, throughput, and mission readiness.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field; High School Diploma (General Education) w/10+ years relevant experience
- 5+ years warehouse, distribution, supply, or logistics experience
- 2+ years supervising warehouse/distribution-center operations
- Experience managing inventory, receiving, storage, shipping, MHE, safety and accountability
- Familiarity with USINDOPACOM and Indo-Pacific mission priorities
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Must have an active Secret security clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.
- CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7+ years warehouse/distribution leadership.
- Large-scale or multi-site warehouse operations.
- Military distribution center or commercial 3PL experience.
- HAZMAT/MHE; Lean Six Sigma, OSHA, APICS/ASCM or equivalent.
- Experience supporting USINDOPACOM, PACFLT, MARFORPAC, PACAF, USARPAC and SOCPAC
- Have an active Top-Secret security clearance and be SCI eligible. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in warehouse, distribution-center, loading-dock, container-yard, and similar logistics environments; stand/walk for extended periods; repeatedly bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, push, and pull; safely lift/carry up to 50 pounds independently; move heavier items using MHE or team-lift procedures; wear required PPE; and work in non-climate-controlled, shift, exercise, contingency, or surge environments.
- For OCONUS assignments, must be able to obtain and maintain a valid U.S. passport and satisfy applicable visa, SOFA, country-clearance, installation-access, medical, and host-nation requirements.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $135K - $165K (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
