VENUE/PROPERTY INFO
The Premium Sales & Service Manager role is located at SNHU Arena in Manchester, NH.
THE ROLE
As the Premium Sales & Service Manager at SNHU Arena you are responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of premium seating and its assets –suites, lounge, clubs, etc. Your role involves developing and executing strategic initiatives to maximize revenue for seasonal and multi-year agreements, as well as single event rentals. You will target both corporate clients and individual customers, leveraging your proven track record in sales to cultivate new business relationships while maintaining existing client accounts.
Your innovation is key to enhancing the guest experience and elevating the value of Premium Seating and Experiences at SNHU Arena. As a sales manager, you are committed to the financial well-being and growth of the Premium Sales & Service program and the guests who participate in it. Your contributions will drive short- and long-term revenue results. As a member of the team, you will be provided learning and growth opportunities, and contribute to seamless collaboration with various departments of the Home Office, SNHU Arena teams and appropriate stakeholders/partners.
ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A commitment to fostering an outbound sales culture is imperative for success.
Sell annual and event-specific suites, club seats, and lounge tickets at SNHU Arena through inbound, outbound and e-commerce sales efforts.
Guide SNHU Arena through the annual budgeting processes to maximize short- and long-term opportunities for Premium sales efforts.
Ensure KPIs are being measured and achieved and that all company initiatives are being implemented.
Follow the proper contracting procedures and work collaboratively with the venue Finance Department to ensure proper invoicing.
Produce necessary sales reports as required.
Assist in customer service-related inquiries as well as provide ticketing support to Premium Clients.
Ensure Premium Clients and Ticket Holders receive all event credentials (tickets, parking passes, etc.) in a timely manner ahead of each event.
Maintain tracking documents related to Premium inventory.
Ensure suites and Premium spaces are presentable for guests on a show-by-show basis.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends Global policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include supervising part-time event staff on occasion.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
A minimum of five (5) years in a sales and service industry is required, preferably in entertainment and/or a high-value, high-touch point industry.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Exceptional sales skills, including creating and presenting sales decks, upselling into long-term contracts, negotiation and overcoming objections.
Big-picture thinking across multiple projects.

Clear and consistent communication skills.
Ability to maintain a positive culture while driving accountability.
Ability to drive short-term results while strategizing long-term growth.
Strong business acumen and ability to analyze industry shifts and trends.

Experience using various sales tools including CRM, lead generation programs, etc.
Ability to forecast revenues, accurately assess risk and use data to inform strategy.
