The ideal candidate should produce engaging, original, and accurate content, communicate confidently during meetings, and maintain a consistent brand voice.Key ResponsibilitiesWrite content for websites, blogs, social media, emails, advertisements, and other marketing materials.Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms for research, brainstorming, outlining, drafting, and content optimization.Edit and humanize AI-assisted content to ensure it is original, accurate, engaging, and aligned with the brand voice.Create effective prompts and refine AI-generated outputs according to content requirements.Research industry topics and identify relevant content opportunities.Fact-check all information, particularly AI-generated material, before publication.Apply SEO best practices, including keywords, headings, internal links, and metadata.Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, tone, structure, and consistency.Attend team, client, and project meetings, either online or in person.Understand content briefs, communicate ideas clearly, provide progress updates, and incorporate feedback.Collaborate with marketing, design, sales, and other teams.Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.Review content performance and recommend improvements.Follow company guidelines regarding confidentiality, copyright, data privacy, and responsible AI use.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or a similar role.Practical experience using generative AI tools for content creation.Strong prompt-writing, editing, proofreading, research, and fact-checking skills.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.Confidence and willingness to participate actively in online and in-person meetings.Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword research.Ability to transform AI-assisted drafts into natural, human-quality content.Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and respond positively to feedback.A portfolio of published writing samples is required.
